Doctor:
For on-the-day appointments please call as close to 8am as possible. We are a 1-GP practice and appointments do get booked fully booked very quickly each morning.
For routine appointments please phone any morning between 8am and 10am where we can offer appointments 1-2 weeks in advance.
ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner):
Often when you think you need to see a Doctor, it is actually something that our ANP can help you with. Please ask our receptionists if you are not sure who to book with.
We can book ANP appointments at any time of day. We do also reserve a number of ANP appointments that are released each morning at 8am to help reduce the demand for GP appointments.
All other members of clinical staff:
We can book appointments for all other members of clinical staff at any time of day. This includes;
Practice Nurse
Health Care Assistant
Phlebotomist (C-TAC)
Mental Health Nurse
Physiotherapist
Some members of staff are in the practice for a very limited time each week. This often results in longer wait time for appointments. We understand that this can be frustrating for patients, but kindly ask that you do not direct any anger at our reception team; they will always offer you an appointment where available, and signpost you to the most appropriate place for help if an appointment is not available.
Out of Hours
