Full Capacity: What to do? Posted or Updated on 26 Jul 2024

We understand it can be frustrating if you call to book an appointment, but we have reached our safe capacity for the day. Once all of our appointments are fully booked, there simply isn't enough time in the day for our GP's to see or call any more patients. 

What can you do?

If your problem can wait until the next working day, please call back at 8am.

If it is more urgent, but can wait until 6pm, please call 111 at 6pm. 

If it is an emergency and cannot wait, please attend A&E or call 999.
